Design : Ankka means 'duck' in Finnish and complements the fleet with a clean modern look with spacious designed interior and modern features throughout. The boat is a new build narrowboat for entry into the fleet for 2022, and will have two layout possibilities.
Ankka is perfect for couples looking to get a float for a short or extended breaks away or families alike.

Features : Powered by a reliable Beta Marine engine under the spacious rear deck which has two benches so you can chat to your skipper whilst underway. At the bow is a spacious front deck also for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine whilst the sunsets.
All the modern comforts you would expect including central heating.

Saloon : The L shape sofa dinette can be converted into a double sofa bed.

Kitchen : cooker, oven, hob, grill and spacious under counter fridge

Berths : The L shape sofa dinette can be converted into a double sofa bed and the main cabin at the bow of the boat can be setup for either two single beds or 1 double bed.  A handy layout option for families with children as well as mixed groups.

Bedding : The bed will be made up with freshly laundered bedding. Towels are provided for all the guests

Bathroom : One bathroom with wash basin flush toilet and shower, there is also a shaver socket. Towels are provided.
ELECTRIC

Electric : The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and sockets on the boat.

Welcome Pack : T-towels, washing-up liquid and cleaning materials are also on-board as well as waste bin, replacement liners

Tuition and life jackets are supplied free of charge.
You can arrange a supermarket delivery if you wish.
Transfers from Manchester Airport or Sandbach Train Station can be organised subject to additional costs.
