Information
Design : Little Egret was built as a hire boat so is perfectly designed for the purpose at 55 foot long 6 berth narrowboat is perfect for a couple or family or group of friends. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.
Features : There is radiator central heating on the boat in all rooms. A 1000 litre water tank supplies the hot and cold running water
Saloon : The wood flooring is laid throughout the boat making the boat easy to sweep through and keep clean. The boat has a really warm and homely feel as well as being fully functional as the dinette can comfortably seat 6 for mealtimes or a board game with both benches in the down position. Or you can stow one bench away and stow the table away also and create a more open space perhaps for watching television together.
Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas hob, grill and full-sized oven. There is a fridge with freezer section, a sink and drainer as well as a set of saucepans; frying pans, griddle, cooking utensils; other useful cookware just like you would find at home, crockery, glassware, cutlery and a cafetière and kitchen roll on a holder and teatowels. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces.
Berths : In the middle of the boat, there is a fixed double, at the front of the boat in the saloon, the seating area dinette converts to 2 single beds or one double, you will also find the tv/DVD and cd player there. At the stern of the boat, the seating area benches convert to 2 single beds or one double. There are ample storage and wardrobe space throughout the boat.
Bedding : The bed will be made up with freshly laundered bedding. Hand and bath Towels are provided for all the guests
Bathroom : The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Electric : The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to several sockets on the boat. There is LED lighting fitted throughout.
Welcome Pack : We supply all your cleaning items.
Additional Information: Fire Extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detectors on board, as well as a first-aid kit
