Here is a brief overview of The Hannah canal boat operating out of Bradford-on-Avon

Design : Hannah is a 69 foot long 8 berth Cruiser stern narrowboats laid out with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms and double sofa beds in the 2 saloons suitable for large parties or a large family. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.

Features : There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedrooms.

Saloon : 2 saloons with sofas and removable table , in the bow of the boat. Plenty of space for a large party.
Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player.

Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces.

Berths : At the stern is a Cabin which can be configured as a double or a twin, seperated by a bathroom from the next cabin which can be also be configured as a double or twin also with bathroom next door, the 2 saloons and galley take up the rest of the boat through to the bow. In the 2 saloons the sofas convert to a double at night to make 8 berths.

Bedding : Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.

Bathroom : There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and shower and a 240v shaver socket.

Electric : 12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

Welcome Pack : A welcome pack is provided, consisting of washing-up liquid (x1); dishcloth (x1); tea towel (x1); floor cloth (x1); toilet roll and bin liner.

Additional Information: Tuition, and buoyancy aids, are supplied free of charge, as are helmsman's waterproofs and an umbrella.
