Design : Jade is a 66 foot long, 2-6 berth semi-traditional stern narrowboat, which gives a reasonably large area for the rear deck with seating, allowing for some of the crew to sit next to the skipper whilst cruising. It has simple to use controls and has been equipped to a high standard.

Features : There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is carpeting on the cabins and saloon.

Saloon : Saloon at the bow of the boat with sofa which converts to a double , and removable table , in the bow of the boat. Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player.

Kitchen : The galley, is well-equipped all your saucepans; frying pan and cooking utensils, sink and drainer.
There is a gas cooker, a fridge that sits under your kitchen work tops with a small freezer compartment. A microwave . Crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

Berths : At the stern there are 2 cabins which can be a twin bedded room or a double bed in either, and in the saloon the sofa bed converts to a double at night.

Bedding : Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.

Bathroom : There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and shower and a 240v shaver socket.

Electric : 12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

Welcome Pack : A welcome pack is provided, consisting of washing-up liquid (x1); scourer (x1); dishcloth (x2); tea towel (x2); floor cloth (x1); toilet roll (x4) and bin liner (x 3); kitchen roll(x1) ; hand wash.

Additional Information: Tuition, and buoyancy aids, are supplied free of charge, as are helmsman's waterproofs.
