Design : Kate is a 69 foot semi-traditional stern with seats at the stern and bow. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls. Suitable for 3 couples or family or larger groups with no makeup sofa beds, all fixed beds in 3 cabins.

Features : There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200-gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedrooms. This boat offers a high level of comfort and there is a reasonably large area for the rear deck, which is protected by solid sides. A semi-traditional arrangement offers some weather protection for the steerer and quite a few people are usually able to sit on the lockers/seats either side of the deck space

Saloon : Saloon in the middle of the boat with sofa and removable table , Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player. Spilt sliding canopy over the galley/saloon.

Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces.

Berths : Two cabins have fixed double beds, and the 3rd cabin in the stern has 2 single beds.

Bedding : Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.

Bathroom : There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and shower and a 240v shaver socket.

Electric : 12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

Welcome Pack : A welcome pack is provided, consisting of washing-up liquid (x1); dishcloth (x1); tea towel (x1); floor cloth (x1); toilet roll and bin liner.

Additional Information: Tuition, and buoyancy aids, are supplied free of charge, as are helmsman's waterproofs and an umbrella.
