There is a small possibility that self catering holidays may be possible from June, with Hotels pubs, restaurants and other accommodation from July, but we can book you with a company that offers this Book with confidence Coronavirus guarantee:
If you are not able to go on your boating holiday due to Government Advice you will be able to:
Move your holiday to a later date with no amendment charge; or
Have a full no quibble refund if Government advice prohibits you from taking your holiday.
The claim guarantee window is between 28 days and 3 days prior to departure date and you can:
1) Transfer to another date in 2020 or 2021 (If the price of your new holiday is more than 10% higher than the original one you will need to pay the difference at the time of booking.
2) If you do not know your dates, we can transfer your money into a secure client account until you are ready to book.
3) Cancel your booking and receive a full refund (If Government advice prohibits you from taking your holiday).

To comply with government advice we are only taking bookings from 1st June 2020 onwards and all dates in 2021 are also available with some good early booking discounts.
Your holiday boat hire booking is direct with the owners of your selected boat and you should contact them by email if your booking is before 1st June regarding your options.
We are working on the assumption that holidays from 1st June are going ahead, and would ask guests travelling from June onwards not to contact us at this time.
If government guidelines still prohibit travel at the time of your holiday you should email your holiday provider direct who will explain the options available.
In the meantime you should pay any balances due when requested.
23rd March 2020
Following clarification from the Government yesterday (22nd March 2020), we do not feel we are able to continue to offer holidays at this time.
We are in the process of contacting all of our existing guests due to travel between 23rd March 2020 and the end of May 2020 offering a deferment until later in the year, or 2021.
